Syscap, the leading independent finance provider, has been selected by the Law Society to provide an online facility for solicitors to spread the cost of renewing their Practising Certificates and regulatory fees with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

Practising Certificates and other regulatory fees can strain solicitors’ cash flow.  Since many solicitors face rising Professional Indemnity Insurance premiums, increased demand for financing is expected to help spread the cost of renewal.

This year for the first time the SRA will require all members to complete the process online.  Those wishing to spread their payments over time will be able to just click through to request a quote or make an application to Syscap for financing.
