Ref: J2151 - Our client is seeking an Asset Valuation Analyst - UK, Thames Valley / SE Eng to provide equipment valuations and to construct and maintain residual value matrices to support all leasing products. In addition, you will provide support to the sales function with analysis of new assets / manufacturers / agencies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Regular audits of all the Residual Value (“RV”) and Service, Maintenance and Repair ("SMR") matrices by analysing existing internal, manufacturer and external data.
Compile the Mark to Market (M2M) Quarterly report.
Define optimum mileage and contract periods.
Build and maintain matrices for Construction, Farm and Materials Handling sectors as well as Commercial Vehicles matrix for Rental Solutions business. 
Provide Asset valuations and Residual Value pricing.
Networking with Remarketing Manager to support the mentoring and development of the Asset Valuation and Remarketing Analyst role in all areas of the role.
Submit regular reports to line management as required.
Provide supporting back up holiday cover for Remarketing Manager.
Present Residual Value reviews at Risk committee meetings.
Responsible for adhering to policies, procedures, guidelines and the internal control framework established to guide the operation of their function in addition to regulatory compliance requirements.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Good knowledge of Asset Finance and Leasing.
Experience of working with a leasing organisation specialising in hard assets.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong understanding of (specialist) commercial vehicles.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Commercial awareness and project management skills.
Organisational skills.
Data mining experience.
