Ref: J2094 - Our client is seeking a National Accounts Manager, Hard Assets - UK (flexible location) to identify, scope, prioritise, and target potential key accounts / Fleet Solutions opportunities to expand the customer base and maximise volume, margin and non-interest income. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Identify, scope, prioritise, and target potential key accounts/Fleet Solutions opportunities in collaboration with the international Fleet Solutions staff. 
Research end user prospects by vertical. Develop a prioritized prospect list and identify customer needs/requirements and make / execute the prospecting plan. 
Manage and drive Fleet Solutions quotation process via a consultative sales approach working with customers / prospects and suppliers to identify specific needs then aligning internally with appropriate parties to provide a customized solution that differentiates ourselves from the competition. 
Support and manage the development of appropriate transactional documentation/structures in cooperation with SME´s (legal, tax, credit etc.). 
Prepare and present documentation and proposals for review in credit, risk, asset management approval committees. 
Manage complex and structured accounts via vendor partner and dealer relationships as needed. 
Manage referral relationships with manufacturers or dealers, ensuring the Fleet Solutions strategy is maintained. 
Develop fleet asset management solutions leveraging existing major account customers and provide value added solutions that result in new customers.
Work closely in an international matrix environment to promote fleet asset management products and services and in doing so create interest and non-interest income opportunities. 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Experience of Asset Finance / Leasing sales within hard asset sector (materials handling, transportation, construction).
Direct finance and mid-large ticket transaction experience.
Strong existing customer relationships with high conversion probability. 
Energized, persistent and resilient in order to deliver best in class business performance.
Passionate about the hard asset business sector.
Maintain a positive attitude to get things done while working to demanding targets.
Sees opportunities and challenges where others see roadblocks. 
Able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with corporate and divisional leaders and peers. 
Capable of working independently and as part of a “virtual team” across geographies and disciplines within the matrix environment.
