A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Broker Development Manager to join an excellent expanding Asset Finance company who are based in the city of London, working within their Business Finance Division.
The business is now growing rapidly and are looking to recruit this new position.
My client is ideally looking for an experienced BDM who has at least 3years (but preferably 5 years experience) who can introduce them to new brokers whom they don’t currently deal with. The role itself is home based, and will offer a high level of autonomy in terms of location and you will be heading out to meet with Brokers and managing your own diary.
My client is therefore interested in receiving applications from candidates based anywhere in the UK with a sound knowledge of the Broker network.
The company predominantly finances a variety of hard assets and their route to market has traditionally been through direct business. However, following a substantial external investment in the past few months the company will be entering the Broker space.
You will join a small but highly successful team as a key player and work in an organisation where your hard work and results will be noticed and well rewarded. Entrepreneurial, energetic and enthusiastic characteristics with a proven work history in the Asset Finance industry are what the company look for in their future employees.
To be considered for this position you must have experience of managing Broker relationships and arranging finance for assets such as commercial vehicles, plant machinery and printing equipment. In reward for your hard work a very competitive package accompanies the stated salary above including a competitive uncapped commission scheme and the option of shares in the business subject to satisfactory performance
