NetSol Technologies Europe (NTE) has appointed Uwe Michler (joint managing director & country manager of Germany), Thomas Springer (business analyst) and Sylvia Poelchau (business analyst & project manager) in its new German office in Hamburg. 

With a combined experience of over 40 years in leasing and asset finance industry, the new team’s experience aims to help enhance NetSol’s ability to move further into Europe and meet its clients’ needs.

Before joining NTE, Michler, Springer & Poelchau all worked for Inveos, Hamburg. Inveos is an independent software and consulting firm specialising in the leasing and reinsurance sectors.

Prior to Inveos, Uwe Michler worked at C1 Solutions GmbH / Cognizant Solutions GmbH as managing consultant where he focused on field’s sales and risk management in the financial services industry.

He has worked with Softlab GmbH / Cirquent GmbH (now NTT DATA); in various positions, last as team manager. He also worked with VR Leasing AG in various positions, last as IT manager.

Thomas Springer is an educated business economist (VWA) with more than 20 years’ experience in the leasing business. Working at Inveos as a senior consultant, he constructed a standard leasing solution. Prior to this Springer worked with Commerz Real AG.

Sylvia Poelchau has a depth of experience as a consultant with the focus on project management, process management and the themes MaRisk, particularly for banking and leasing. After a long period of working as a consultant in France, She started a new career at C1 Solutions GmbH/Cognizant Solutions GmbH, Germany.

Beginning with a placement as project management officer for a Software-implementation project, Poelchau has specialized on business consulting themes for regulatory issues such as MaRisk, KWG light, SEPA, process-consulting and -design.

She has also successfully supported the implementation of the SEPA-requirements in a German leasing company with a major bank background.
