An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a long-established and prestigious independent Invoice Finance company. The role is to be the first point-of-contact for a portfolio of clients as well as to manage, direct and support a small team of credit controllers. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and profitability of the company through efficient and effective credit control, maintaining excellent customer service and building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Essential Skills: 

• Ideally, you will currently be or have previously worked within the invoice finance sector in a similar role. Although, if you have account management experience in a related field e.g. business banking or asset finance, you may also be considered. 
• Excellent communication skills at all levels and professional conduct at all times. 
• Relationship building and customer service skills.
• Team motivation and management ability. 
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail. 
• Above average level of numeracy and analytical skills.
