Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing the realisation strategy and policies for portfolios of assets across fleet, equipment and aircraft to optimize income performance and mitigate potential losses.
• Leading teams across Europe in the end-of-term management and remarketing of assets upon lease termination.
• Origination and implementation of audit, data wiping & remarketing KYC policies.
• Review of annual operating plans with country teams and key members of HQ staff.
• Monthly review of financials with country team leaders and key members of HQ staff.

Essential Skills:

• An enthusiastic self-starter and a driven, creative, flexible problem solver.
• A proven leader in a large multinational organisation.
• Able to demonstrate successful project management of business critical projects.
• Experienced in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a European cultural environment.
• Confident with the ability to communicate effectively at a senior business level and comfortable in defining, communicating and leading strategic initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven and successful experience in a financial services/leasing environment.
• Experienced in Fleet & Equipment Finance collaterals.
