28,000 - 30,000 + car allowance + excellent benefits/bonus
Applicants will have experience of managing a portfolio of clients, ideally gained in the invoice finance sector, but those with similar experience from commercial banking or similar will also be of interest. The role is to manage the balance between optimising fee income together with risk management and customer service. An ability to analyse and interpret company financial information is essential as is a sound understanding of a range of business types, sizes and practices.

• Strong communications and relationship building at all levels. 
• Excellent customer service skills - maintaining high level professional conduct at all times. 
• Proven experience in Risk Management.
• Sound financial understanding - highly numerate and can analyse accounts and monitor ongoing viability of the client's business. 
• Competent IT user of all MS Office products.
• Leadership skills - lead and motivate a small support team to achieve objectives.
• Confident decision Making - take responsibility for own and teams actions.
• Thorough Invoice Finance product knowledge.
