An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Trade Finance Division of well established Invoice Finance Company. 

Key Responsibilities:

• To develop, implement and deliver the operational strategy aligned to the Group Business Plan.
• To use your understanding of the Operating Company’s strategy as a basis for business decision making.
• To corporate governance responsibilities and always act in the best interests of the Company.
• To lead and develop the Operations team, maximising income and ensuring risk is managed effectively, whilst meeting the key performance indicators and making a valuable contribution to company profitability.
• To deliver and promote all aspects of the Company's brand.

Essential Skills:

• Already possess Invoice Finance industry experience including managing risk issues, customer service and managing a team.
• Maintain high level professional conduct with internal and external customers via face to face, on the phone, on email and through written communications.
• Demonstrate an ability to be well organised, efficient and self-disciplined; cope well with demands of the job and manage your time.
• Identify, understand and prioritise the needs of internal and external customers, to provide the highest standards of service by responding effectively.
• Make positive and strong personal impressions on others in order to effect the development of the business by persuading, convincing or negotiating.
• Achieve results by influencing and motivating, lead the actions of others through personal example, commitment and enthusiasm to help people perform at their best.
• Be proactive to identify issues, problems and opportunities and take or initiate appropriate actions unprompted.
