Department: New Business Administration Location: Wimbledon
This is a senior role within the business managing our new business led operational activities.
Key responsibilities:
- A diverse set of new business related operational activities, to include elements of proposal and payout management and against SLAs and underpinned by agreed KPIs
- Supporting, mentoring and developing an extended colleague base (possibly over more that one site) charged with a multitude of inter-relationships; co-coordinating a mix of internal and external customers
- An active role in the Extended Management Team; charged with the on-going development of business efficiencies throughout the organisation
- Taking a key role in a wide range of funding duties; with both internal and external customers
- Liaising constantly with the peer group within the organisation to ensure we have the most appropriate operational processes in place and working with this group to make changes and enhancements as necessary
- Shared ownership of a variety of budgetary, forecasting and planning duties on an on-going basis

- A self-motivated and enthusiastic person who likes to get stuff done, with a common sense approach and ability to work autonomously
- Possession of a commercial awareness and understanding of the financial services industry
- Project management skills from initial scoping of a project through to launch, evaluation and close
- A team player with the ability and willingness to work within and towards joint goals at departmental and business level
