Location: Wimbledon

This is a senior role within the business managing the provision of marketing and support services to the sales team. Leading the development and delivery of marketing strategies and plans to achieve commercial business objectives and positively influence the customer experience and perception of the Syscap brand.

Key responsibilities:

• Shape the marketing agenda and planning for multiple sales teams
• Act as a senior marketing interface with all business teams
• Evaluate all marketing activity to ensure it is effective and consistently delivers value
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, guiding their development and the delivery of their objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget
• Prepare accurate and timely reports against agreed objectives and KPIs

• Able to work with software developers and technical teams
• Computer literate and numerate
• Proficient in managing analytical and creative challenges
• A self-motivated and enthusiastic person who likes to get stuff done, with a common sense approach and ability to work autonomously
• Possession of a commercial awareness and understanding of the financial services industry
• Project management skills from initial scoping of a project through to launch, evaluation and close
• A team player with the ability and willingness to work within and towards joint goals at departmental and business level
