Reporting directly into the Leasing Managing Director, this role is responsible for managing the marketing activities to support the growth of the Equipment Leasing business. Working closely with the Senior Relationship Managers of the Pan European programmes and in countries leasing teams, you will manage the marketing initiatives in all areas from strategic to the day-to-day marketing needs. This role can also be based in one of our main leasing locations, London, Dusseldorf, Paris or Milan.
• Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive marketing calendar for Pan European Accounts containing actionable and innovative marketing strategies internally and externally to achieve growth goals; • Introduce new ideas and concepts to drive programme growth and strengthen partner relationship. Educate internal team and partners on market conditions and opportunities and proactively drive change. • Possess thorough understanding of trends in the European leasing market, including but not limited to market size, distribution channels and regulatory environment. • Lead competitive and customer intelligence efforts to develop strong, simple, and differentiated value propositions relevant to the market segments in which GE Capital competes; • Understand the structure of current customer base and by analysing the customer data, develop actionable retention strategy; • Create, build, and maintain a collaborative partnership with sales, risk, finance, AMO and operations on HQ and Local level to drive overall results.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or other relevant fields • B2B marketing experience and ability to collaborate with internal sales teams and external partners • Fluent English speaker • Strong knowledge of European leasing market and of the wider financial services marketplace • Ability to influence across all levels of the organisation • Business Acumen • Ability to articulate complex information in a straightforward manner both in written and verbal communications • Ability to think independently within a tight deadline • Must have authorization to work in the EU Countries.
