We are looking, on behalf of a large European bank, for someone will be responsible for developing new business from resident customers operating in the UK, falling within the portfolio of the client. The successful candidate will assist the Relationship Manager consolidating relationships with their customer portfolio. They will build strong relationships with the receivables arm of the bank to ensure multi product opportunities are met and organize and arrange any meetings between the executives of the receivables division and the client company. They will also recruit develop and manage an assistant IDC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact with potential customers (corporate companies with over £500M volume).
- Promoting receivables products.
- Meeting customer requirements.
- Advancing any first macro business proposal.
- Getting the necessary documentation for the offer and then, for the credit proposal (seller/debtors).
- Preparation of feasibility report.
- Preparation of the commercial offer to the customer.
- Negotiation with company top management (CFO).
- Proposing the business case.
- Following all contractual drafting.
- Final structured proposal.
- Collect and contribute to the signature of contracts.
- Support and control the start-up of the deal.
- Subsequently intercepting any requests, claims, opportunities, from the customer.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a high pressure corporate environment as a Relations manager/director.
- The ability to recognise cross selling opportunities.
- A deep understanding of Factoring and Invoice Discounting.
