CITLogoWe are looking for someone to lead by example, coaching and developing a team of sales staff to drive sales performance to meet originations and gross profit targets, as well as meet objectives to maximise business opportunities and customer satisfaction in line with company goals. Drive integration with Dell and ensure product offering meets vendor & customer needs.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience within the Finance and Leasing industry (business to business).
  • Experience at a Senior Sales Manager level.
  • Vendor/Dealer sales experience.
  • Strong Relationship Skills with internal & external customers.
  • Capability to listen to Vendor partner needs and transform into financial services offering.
  • Ability to shape strategy & develop sales plan.
  • Proven track record of working within matrix organization.
  • Proven track record of executing successfully sales plans.
  • Ability to demonstrate issue ownership and resolution.
  • Substantial people management experience to include, motivating the team, setting and reviewing objectives, and handling basic performance issues.
  • Experience gained in a fast moving, changing environment.
  • Able to operate self sufficiently and deal with ambiguity.
  • Experience of managing change in terms of people and processes.
  • Has experience in delivering presentations both internally and externally and is comfortable presenting to Senior management.
  • First international experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be fluent in German.
  • Responsibility of Northern region for Dell Financial Services: Germany, Benelux, Poland & Czech Republic.
  • Travel required.
  • Produces annual business plan.
  • Produces forecasts of team performance.
  • Sets sales targets for the region and regularly reviews achievements.
  • Creates an environment of trust and open communication.
  • Has a good understanding of high level divisional goals and communicates appropriate information to all staff.
  • Recruitment and performance management of competent sales staff.
  • Strong integration with other internal functions.
  • Ensures that all direct reports have a clear understanding of their role and expectations.
  • Sets team and individual goals and objectives and redefines them in line with the changing needs of the business. 
  • Coaches, trains and develops sales staff to meet the required performance standards.
  • Ensures that all quarterly/annual performance appraisals are carried out in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensures that the business is done in a compliant manner and corporate compliance requirements are fulfilled.
  • Ensures all direct reports have a full understanding of all relevant products and procedures.
  • Manages and controls all customer satisfaction issues in line with company guidelines, ensuring that any customer issues are swiftly and professionally resolved.
