Key Responsibilities:

• As UX Architect at Bynx you will be primarily responsible for introducing the concepts, tools, techniques and process required to make UX and IA the core elements of the development lifecycle of our enterprise software.
• You will work with a team of highly skilled professionals and together will drive the speed of development and innovation to deliver richer and simpler products. You will produce the relevant artefacts to aid the development process.
• You will report to the Head of Technology and Architecture as part of the transformation programme. This role carries the potential to oversee all matters UX related across the organisation upon completion of the programme.

Experience & Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience for building enterprise scale software.
• A proven track record in UX Design/Development.
• Excellent Information Architecture experience.
• Extensive User Centric Design (UCD) experience.
• Experience of conducting heuristic analysis or suitable metrics for assessing success.
• Hands on experience of HTML + Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium tools experience (preferably 5.5).
• Experience of working with Agile methodologies, preferably SCRUM.
• Experience of applying modular and systematic approaches to user experience design.
• Experience and appreciation of emergent design.
• Strong software design communication skills; you must be able to communicate your ideas.
• Be a visionary; advocate for design decisions that will make a difference.
• You would rather innovate than copy but you know that sometimes an idea is too good not to borrow.
• You understand the value of reuse.
• Experience of mentoring.
• Line management experience.

Desirable Skills:

• A formal education in Interaction Design, Product Design, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Sciences, or Graphics/Visual Arts.
• Vehicle leasing and Fleet Management Experience.
• Appreciation of finance or automotive sectors.
