To €65,000 + substantial bonus & excellent benefits (circa €95,000 pkg) Our client is an international banking and financial services group which currently has an opportunity for an experienced Wholesale Funding Manager to join a small specialist team based at their offices in the Frankfurt area. This role would suit a self starter who has very strong Credit Analysis and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for maintaining Vendor relationships and for giving first class support in the acquisition of lease transactions and syndication of leases to third party funders.
- You will be the main point of contact for partners and their customers and will be expected to identify new opportunities in line with company policy.
- You will also be the main point of contact for all regional aspects of vendor relationships and will be expected to attain a thorough understanding of partner documentation, their business needs and to be able to offer them appropriate financial solutions.
- You will play a lead part in developing creative structures and will be responsible for pricing transactions, compiling credit submissions and communicating credit decisions.
- An integral part of the role will also be to represent the office in respect of syndicated transactions in your region, and to develop, maintain and enhance third party relationships.
- You will also be expected to contribute to the ongoing development of new products and market segments for syndication, dealing with legal, pricing, accounting, credit and asset management as necessary.
Key Skills:
- The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced sales professional who possesses a thorough understanding of credit analysis, legal processes, back office requirements and procedures.
- Whilst this role is an autonomous position, there is a strong requirement for the candidate to be a team player who maintains good working relationships.
- You should have a good knowledge of leasing and be proficient in the use of lease pricing and sales reporting software.
- You should also have a good understanding of tax and accounting regulations surrounding the leasing industry.
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English are also essential requirements of this role.
