A unique and interesting opportunity has arisen Operations and Systems Analyst to join the Asset Finance subsidiary of a major banking organisation in their successful and expanding Surrey offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be working as a key member of a small team of specialists who are involved in developing and delivering system enhancements and other IT related projects within agreed timescales.
- You will also actively contribute to the development and improvement of policies and procedures which will require you to manage user and customer expectations and to maintain good relationships.
- A prime responsibility will be to act as an interface between the business users and the company’s software developers.
- Liaison with the Comnpany’s paris office is also a key part of this role.
Key Skills:
- In order to be considered for the position, your CV must demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a similar Business Analysis role within the Banking and Financial Services industry.
- A working knowledge of Asset finance and the ability to speak French would be useful, but neither is essential.
- You should have good knowledge of the systems development lifecycle and delivery process and the ability to translate user requirements into system changes.
- In addition, you should possess excellent analytical and process-based skills, e.g. process flow diagrams, business and process modeling, experience in functional design, preparation, running and implementation of test scripts.
