Early OTE £40k – rising to £55k plus car once external

Our Client is a highly successful and progressive international asset finance company. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual with financial services based sales support/internal sales experience to develop a territory in the North West of England. Initially working in an internal role, you will be tasked with building a quality customer base in your territory. Your position will progress to field sales based role within approximately 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be targeting new customers.
  • Maintaining existing relationships with a portfolio of dealerships and resellers.
  • Proactively managing your accounts, all with a view to developing a varied and interesting career within the financial services industry.

Key Skills:

  • Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate at least 18 months sales support or internal sales experience within Financial Services along with the ability to work to deadlines and to consistently meet targets. 
  • Numeracy and IT literacy is important, as is the ability to be flexible and a strong desire to progress within the sales environment, maintaining excellent organisational skills.

Package

The initial basic salary of up to £27,000 + commission will be increased substantially in 3 months once the position becomes field based. The company also offers a superb range of benefits including a generous commission package and indeed seeks individuals motivated by the bonus structure.

The Company offers superb in-house training to ambitious candidates, providing a good understanding of their sector, and the financial tools required. They are looking for an individual who can build solid relationships within their niche market.  They pride themselves on their reputation for being creative with their deal structures in the small ticket leasing market and maintaining excellent relationships with all of their customers.
