£20,000- £24,000 (circa £32,000 OTE)
We currently have a superb opportunity for a sales motivated account coordinator with at least twelve months UK based leasing or similar financial services experience to join a specialist Asset Finance company, which is part of a prestigious financial services group. You will be part of a busy team which works with customers and equipment suppliers who provide finance to clients wanting to acquire equipment for their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximising sales opportunities within the clients existing database, by establishing and maintaining good working relationships, predominantly over the telephone.
- Provide administration and customer services support in this very varied role.
- Processing new business lending documentation for payment.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure transactions are processed efficiently.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Providing customer support over the telephone and dealing with queries.
- Providing administrative support to the external sales team.
- Data input, maintaining accurate records and ensuring transactions are processed in an efficient manner.
Key Skills:
- The successful candidate will need to be a sales orientated and customer service minded individual who possesses a good telephone manner.
- A keen eye for detail is also essential.
