We currently have a superb opportunity for a Lease Administrator with at least twelve months UK based Asset Finance experience to join the specialist Leasing Division of an international financial services group. You will be working within a busy team which works with equipment suppliers and provides finance to their clients wanting to acquire equipment for their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day to day administration and customer services support within the sales administration team.
- Work as part of a small team to provide back up support to the Sales Team.
- Prepare and submit credit files to the underwriting department for approval.
- Input deals into the internal system and modify where appropriate.
- Price deals.
- Liaise with finance department regarding deal pricing and book funds for deals prior to pay-out.
- Assist in collation of new business documentation to point of payment.
- Ensure all deals paid-out according to credit acceptance terms and agreed vendor agreements.
- Manage logs and chase any outstanding documents requirements.
- Liaise with sales and administration regarding business opportunities.
- Provide general day to day office support to sales team.
The successful candidate will need to be a customer service minded individual who possesses a good telephone manner.
