Leading leasing company are looking to recruit a business graduate with some experience working within a banking or financial services environment. The successful candidate will be highly ambitious and driven to achieve a middle management role within 2 years.

Role:

• To learn the basic principles of the Operations and Sales Department, by undertaking key tasks as directed by the line manager.
• To support the work of the Operations or Sales department.
• To manage projects as per the business need - on a local and Group basis.
• To lead and manage the team, if relevant.
• To implement and maintain excellent standard of customer service.
• To develop skills and behaviours to achieve a middle management role within specified discipline.
• To represent the interests of their company internally and externally.
