This opportunity is for people who enjoyed "the good old days" in leasing. It's with a privately held very "let's do business" company that pays people very well for success AND gives them the time they need to become successful.

Two partners who also sell own and run the company. They do business nationally, and work to find ways to make deals happen. Credit profile is bankable credits--large and clean clients. Informal company-- no rigid protocols. If it's honest and it works, they are open to it. No hand holding. Excellent back room.

Ticket Size: Average 100k-- + MLA's.

Key Skills:

  • Current contacts in strong credit companies are required.
  • Solid selling skills and the ability to forge relationships rather than close one-off transactions are essential.
  • Successful track record selling to solid credits.
  • Strong legitimate selling skills.... not "the gift of gab" FMV business.
  • The ability to sell life cycle management and to build and turn your own portfolio.
  • Track record. Desire to make a lot of money.
  • Asset Specialty.
  • IT but any FMV asset with residual.

Package
Little or no management, but lots of appreciation for the team. Contests, prizes, trips, bonuses... all geared towards motivating people to stretch and to say thanks for your results. Informal company with a generous expense account. People have to be motivated by the total comp and see the big money big picture. Anything that brings profit into the company is commissionable. Salaries are not intended to support reps, but rather augment an extremely generous comp plan.
