The role will be to source, structure and close middle ticket leasing business across a range of assets. This will involve establishing and managing intermediary sources of business including both brokers and vendors, pricing transactions and submitting credit proposals. 

Key Skills:

• The appointee will need significant experience of writing middle ticket (in excess of £1 million) leasing transactions.
• This will include an in-depth understanding of the relevant risk, pricing and documentation issues, experience of negotiating at board level and the ability to work autonomously.
