Our client a leading technology financier requires a leasing sales manager to lead its business across Switzerland & Austria.
You will lead a small team of external sales staff across the region providing a broad range of IT finance products & services to SME, SMB and Enterprise customers offering full service lease solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Your key objectives will be to grow finance volumes and finance penetration levels at acceptable margins.
- You will also be expected to further grow existing engagement across the business across all verticals and to drive early engagement of finance in the sales order cycle taking some personal responsibility for large & complex deal closures and all aspects of leading coaching, managing and motivating a sales team.
Key Skills:
- You must be a fluent in Swiss German & English and ideally should be based commutable to Zurich but candidates with strong experience who are Geneva based and are willing to travel across the region will not be excluded.
- You will be an experienced IT finance sales manager ideally with some direct people leadership experience or at least possess strong matrix management experience.
- Knowledge of vendor driven routes to market is particularly valued and you must have a demonstrable record of sustained success.
- You are expected to have excellent presentation skills and strong commercial awareness of areas such as credit, documentation, deal structuring, pricing and of course on and off balance sheet structures & IAS17.
- Knowledge of areas like managed services and capacity on demand financing structures would be an additional benefit.
Package:
Salary range is to CHF120,000 ( possibly slightly more to secure the ideal person ) and at that level OTE would be CHF200,000. Significant additional earning potential exists above the OTE for high achievers and all usual large company benefits are also provided including company car or cash allowance, holiday, excellent pension scheme and health / life insurance.
