£40-£60,000 and at the upper level your on target earnings will be £80,000
Our client a financier of IT hardware, software & services requires an additional account manager to develop business across the whole of the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for a achieving a target of £20M with transactions sizes that typically vary from £100,000 to £10M+.
- You will work closely with an OEM’s direct sales force and also partners / resellers & will engage early in the sales cycle to help accelerate deal closure.
- Your role will build both strategic and tactical relations with customers at CEO, CFO, CTO, Tax & Treasury level and critically with other stakeholders who will provide your primary route to engagement with the customer.
Key Skills:
- You will have at least 5 years of successful finance & leasing experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience of IT finance and in particular those with experience of vendor financing and ideally knowledge of public sector financing.
- You will be a result orientated self starter.
- You will be a team player who can act autonomously & think creatively whilst working under pressure.
- You will be numerate, articulate and possess strong presentation & communication skills.
- You should be able to manage multiple deals simultaneously whilst also possessing the technical skills to structure, price and win deals possessing a challenging mindset and a range of skills to influence others to solutions & new ideas.
You will be sensibly commutable to the Thames Valley area.
Package
Base salary range is from £40-£60,000 and at the upper level your on target earnings will be £80,000. Commission is paid quarterly in arrears and is paid from the first deal closed and is totally uncapped. Very attractive accelerators apply for over target performance.
