Base salary range may extend to £50,000 for a strong individual
Our client a leading IT financier seeks a Programme Manager to further develop a long established multi country partnership with a software author and to lead motivate & develop a small sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- 70% of your role will be focused on growing finance volumes and penetration levels by further embedding pro-active and early use of finance into the sales cycle of the partner and to personally close transactions with customers operating at board level.
- The remaining 30% of your time will be focused on identifying, prospecting, winning, launching & then managing & developing new business vendor partners.
Key Skills:
- You will have 5 years of IT vendor finance experience & ideally this will include having worked in a captive or virtual captive IT vendor finance environment.
- You will be comfortable negotiating and closing middle ticket transactions and be able to demonstrate success winning transactions to c£1m.
- You should have ideally 2 years of either direct line sales leadership experience or if not you must be able to demonstrate matrix management responsibilities and have successfully developed less experienced sales colleagues.
- Your personal characteristics will include being self confident & self motivated and you will possess energy, drive.
- You will also be a strong & effective communicator with a sense of urgency & have a strong customer focus and possess well developed organisational skills.
You will be based in the South East and have good access to the Thames Valley.
Package Base salary range may extend to £50,000 for a strong individual. A totally uncapped commission plan is provided that for both personal and team performance worth a further £32,000 for an on target performance, as very realistic targets are being set clear potential exists for a strong performer to earn >£100,000 +. A market competitive car allowance & all usual large company benefits are also provided.
