Base salary to potentially c£65,000 with an excellent bonus & paid six monthly providing on target earnings of a further 25% of base salary
Our client a leading bank owned asset financiers seeks an additional Relationship Director to be a part of its Midlands corporate asset finance sales team. The role is focused on working with the parent banks relationship managers & directors based from offices in the East and West Midlands to sell into existing and new customers the banks broad range of asset finance solutions.
You will be expected to achieve £15M a year of new business at market competitive margins, typical transaction sizes are usually within a range of £500,000 to £3m+ but there is no upper limit restriction and no restrictions on asset or market sectors so the opportunities are huge.
Key Skills:
- You must be a highly experienced corporate asset finance business developer & ideally you will have worked for a bank owned financier.
- You must have strong experience of and the confidence and ability to structure & close large & complex transactions.
- You will have strong credit & report writing skills and a wide knowledge of a range of on and off balance sheet solutions.
- You must have a demonstrable record of achievement and possess well developed relationship management & development skills to enable your bank colleagues to recognize the value you can add to the customer relationship.
Package
Base salary to potentially c£65,000 with an excellent bonus & paid six monthly providing on target earnings of a further 25% of base salary. Strong accelerators will allow high achievers to earn to 50% of base salary for achievement of 140% of target. All usual large company benefits are also provided.
