Base salary negotiable but c£40,000 with an £80,000 OTE is potentially available for genuine high achievers
Our client well established middle ticket lease brokerage with 20 supporting funders, they seek an additional Business Development Manager to augment their highly successful sales team.
Our client is particularly strong in vehicles, construction, professional loans, large scale ICT installations and materials handling & they have additional partners who can also support RV based solutions on certain assets.
You will be expected to self generate business and should ideally have an existing customer or introducer network that you can leverage in a new environment that has ample funding capacity and a broad asset class appetite.
Key Skills:
- You need to be a true new business hunter who has ideally worked successfully in a lease brokerage before.
- Those from bank asset finance backgrounds who are more used to receiving leads than self sourcing business will still be considered if they possess genuine new business generation skills.
- You must have a demonstrable record of consistent achievement and must be able to work from offices in the City of London.
- You will be a creative, articulate, persuasive deal closer able to identify, prospect, structure & win profitable deals for yourself & the company and will value working in a bureaucracy free meritocracy.
Package
Base salary negotiable but c£40,000 with an £80,000 OTE is potentially available for genuine high achievers. Typically you will take out 50% of the income you bring into the business with commission being uncapped and paid monthly and from a low hurdle point. All usual large company benefits are provided including a company car. Importantly share options are also available to allow you to benefit long term from the value you add.
Excellent uncapped earning potential is available with the companies top earners expected to make over £100,000 in 2011.
