Base salary to £45,000 with a 30% annual on target performance bonus which is quarterly paid Our client a leading international lessor requires an Account Manager to develop a number of recently won vendor relationships in the materials handling sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Your role will be to build relationships with sales staff, sales managers and Directors at each vendor to ensure pro-active and early use of finance in the vendors sales strategy.
- You will be involved in training vendor sales staff in the effective use of point of sale finance and for embedding use of finance in customer quotations, sales literature and for establishing a deal flow process from credit submission to drawdown.
- On larger transactions you will be expected to be able to structure and negotiate transactions working at Director level with customers alongside vendor sales staff.
Key Skills:
- You should understand and have experience of flow business / sales aid leasing and ideally have actual experience of or at least an understanding of the materials handling sector.
- You will possess strong relationship building & business development skills together with abroad understanding of the full range of finance products (finance lease, operating lease & hire purchase).
- You will also need well developed presentation skills and a good level of P&L, balance sheet & cashflow analysis knowledge.
You will be home based and be located South of Birmingham but with good access to the UK motorway network.
Package Base salary to £45,000 with a 30% annual on target performance bonus which is quarterly paid. High achievers have the potential to earn up to 80% of base salary in bonus. All usual large company benefits are provided including a company car / allowance.
