Our client a long established & highly successful specialist financier of ICT assets & services are now expanding further their successful business operations and are seeking additional Business Development Managers in East Midlands, Bristol / S Wales & London & South East areas.

Our client has a range of funding partners and finance products including receivables funding & also managed services capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Your role will be to target both direct and vendor driven business from quality credits typically for transactions sizes from £50,000 + but importantly our client has the ability to fund transactions from £10,000.
  • Your role will be to develop sufficient business to deliver over time consistently £20,000 a month gross profit.
  • You will be expected to develop, implement & then manage a business plan for your area and will receive active support from our clients experienced senior management team plus internal sales & marketing support.

Key Skills:

  • You will be contractually home based and must have a strong network of existing contacts in the ICT sector with customers & vendor partners that you can re leverage in a new environment that will result in you being able to write business quickly & consistently.
  • Realistic expectations are that you will be covering your fixed costs to our clients business by month 3 and be writing at least £10,000 a month of gross profit by month 6.
  • You should also be free of any restrictive covenants from your current or a former employer that impact upon you leveraging your network of contacts. You will also possess an enduring ethos to want to find win and manage new business as well as to leverage your own network.
  • You must be willing to travel nationally to close business as any contact you bring to our client that they do not already do business with you will retain and develop yourself irrespective of where the customer is based.
  • You must be both a genuine new business developer but also a strategic account manager who possesses drive & tenacity and has deep desire to enjoy high earnings.
  • You will be someone who wants to a bureaucracy free meritocracy where there are no limits to your earnings potential.

Candidates who are currently running their own ICT centric lease brokerages who may be struggling to maintain sufficient diversity & number of partner funders to service their customers are particularly encouraged to apply.

Package

Preferred base salary is to £40,000 but our client is willing to pay to £50,000 for those who can quickly deliver results & have a strong client following. Commission is totally uncapped and commission is paid from a nominal figure covering your fixed costs & commission rates then rise steeply such you retain 25% of the gross profit you generate on any profit above £30,000 a month. All usual large company benefits are provided including a market competitive car allowance and generous HMRC mileage rates for reimbursement of business mileage.

Clear potential exists to earn very substantially over £100,000 for self starting high achievers.
