Base salary to £30,000 plus all normal large company benefits

Our client seeks an Operations & Asset Management Specialist to be based from their Thames Valley offices.

You will be a significant contributor to the deal booking and deal management process of our clients operation. The role involves playing an active part in the region’s business and supporting the business strategy for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documenting new deals, booking the deals and billing and collecting existing transactions. All activities must be carried out in accordance with group policies and procedures.
• Revenue generation for our clients International’s Asset Management function.
• You will manage an assigned portion of the equipment portfolio including: initiating and facilitating the completion of negotiations with lessees to maximize return on investment and booked accounting residuals and identify, close and document new business opportunities through upgrades, add-ons and new business identified in the lease base, either directly or indirectly assisting field marketing representatives.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of management reporting.
• Experience and sound judgment must be exercised to protect our clients position, whilst satisfying customers in terms of responsiveness and suitability of process and documentation.
• You should be proactive and supportive to satisfy customers’ needs while complying with group policies and procedures.
• You will need to work closely with sales, business development, program management, asset management, accounting, legal, credit and to ensure effective communications and work flows. You should carry out all procedures accurately and within the agreed timeframes.
• You should be a significant contributor to team meetings and discussions and continuously identify and implement process improvements. 
• You will be expected to meet and exceed all company and individual goals.

Key Skills:

• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in the following Languages, (English/Danish/Finnish/Norwegian and Swedish).
• High School diploma (18+) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple competing priorities and work with high attention to detail.
• Ability to understand fundamentals of leasing.
• Be able to work as part of a small team and also take ownership of any special projects and provide solutions.
• Transactional / customer service experience gained in a Equipment Leasing environment.

You will be easily and sustainably commutable to the Thames Valley.

Base salary to £35,000 plus all normal large company benefits including private health & dental cover, life assurance, 25 days annual leave, company pension and annual performance bonus.
