Our client a provider of national & international vendor financing across a wide range of assets seeks a Team Leader to lead a team managing UK & Ireland business.

Your responsibilities will be to meet both internal & external service standards in processing business from credit approval stage to activation stage, managing work flow, quality control, reporting, monitoring and leading your team in additional to liaising closely with colleagues in other departments, credit, sales, collections, legal, operations etc.

Key Skills:

• Experience in managing a team within a fast paced administration or customer services team.
• Working knowledge of financial products & services.
• Excellent organisational, prioritising and time management skills required to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, be able to communicate to all levels within the organisation.
• Analytical and numeracy skills are essential.
• Good communication skills and good telephone manner.
• Able to prioritise and organise your own workload and that of others.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy and reliability.
• Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
• Can learn quickly and share knowledge and best practice across the business.
• Adapt to change and new situations.
• Experience in working in an international environment advantageous.
• Advanced level of English (Oral/Written).
• You will possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and exhibit a will to want to do well in the job.
• You will also be a hands on team leader as this role requires you to do the job itself in addition to leading your team and managing work flow etc.

You should be sustainable commutable to our clients office which are South of Birmingham and based close to the motorway network.

Package

Base salary range to c£30,000 + a performance bonus paid quarterly and all usual large company benefits, contributory pension, life cover, health cover.
