£75,000 year 1 earnings – £100,000 + year two

Our client seeks an additional Senior Account Manager to develop IT finance business with mid & larger corporate customers whose total IT investment is typically £250,000 or more per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Your role is to develop new business prospecting customers directly as well as using resellers as a means to gain access to CIO and CFO decision makers.
• You will be selling total solution finance offering a variety of financing products including Operating Leasing so must be able to understand life cycle management challenges for customers.

Key Skills:

• You must be someone who desires and wants personal control of their own income and strongly desires a high income.
• Ideally you will have a background of financing IT assets and should have a strong record of personally winning business both directly, however candidates with a strong general asset finance experience with the same direct to the customer experience and the ability to quickly learn about IT & IT lifecycles are welcome to apply.
• You may be currently working for a bank owned asset financier and be a consistent high achiever but frustrated by a lack of desire to write new name business.
• You may be in a role with a constantly growing sales target and have an end of year paid opaque & discretionary bonus & possibly one that is also team based rather than on your own contribution.

Targets, in terms of volume & gross margin are set at a very achievable levels to allow for very high earning potential.

If you desire to be paid commission monthly and at up to 1.2% of the financed value of the deal plus also receive additional commission on margin in the transaction, and also to be paid commission on every deal that you close and with no earnings cap then this environment is for you.

Package

Base salary negotiable dependent on experience, but our client prefers to pay for performance so unlikely to be above £40,000.

You will also receive a £6,000 a year car allowance plus an initial guaranteed commission for a qualifying period plus all usual large company benefits including a generous pension scheme.

Realistic earnings of c£75,000 are expected in year one with upper quartile achievers typically earning consistently over £100,000 by year two and beyond, top earners typically earn to around towards £150,000 per annum.
