Expected earnings £75,000 potentially very much higher for top performers

Our client seeks an additional Area Sales Manager to develop asset finance business for general transport and wheeled assets and construction/waste assets across  Essex and Hertfordshire and North and East London.

You will work from home and will prospect business directly from customers or via dealers and will sell a broad range of asset finance products and value added solutions including GAP, key man and other insurance products.

Key Skills:

• You will be an experienced asset finance business developer with the skills to build enduring relationships based on providing a high quality and responsive service to customers and dealers rather than someone whose current success relies on selling on price.
• You will be dynamic, enthusiastic, tenacious, resilien, bright, go getter who is target driven and has excellent presentation, communication & problem solving skills.

Critically you must be someone who is genuinely motivated by the prospect of very high and uncapped earnings. Top achievers at our client earn considerably over £200,000 per annum.

Package:

• Base salary £29,000 with additional monthly paid commission derived from the following.  The finance value of each deal closed, the gross margin created on each deal, the documentation fees associated with each deal, the insurance income associated with each deal.
• Additional commission is also paid on repossessions with the top achiever being able to earn up to £3000 additional commission per quarter on this alone. Further awards are made to top achievers including holidays to tropical destinations for winners & their partners.
• All usual large company benefits are provided including a company car, life cover & pension.
