Our client seeks to hire an additional Territory Manager to further develop HGV finance business from a number of strategic partners operating across the North West of England, North Wales & Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Your role will be to build upon the existing excellent relationships that exist to achieve finance penetration, volume, margin and additional income targets. 
• You will work closely with dealer sales & management and their customers providing a variety of financing solutions including finance lease, HP, operating lease & contract hire to customers.
• You will be expected to structure transactions to help dealers maximize profits & shorten their order cycles and to ensure dealer sales staff use finance early in the sales cycle & pro-actively training existing & new dealer sales staff as necessary to achieve this.

Key Skills:

• You will be highly numerate, articulate and possess strong communication and presentation skills and have the gravitas and presence to rapidly gain the respect and support of our clients business partners.
• Ideal candidates will have a strong background & record of sustained demonstrable success in HGV finance and must also be familiar with developing and managing relations with dealers in addition to being able to structure & close transactions directly with customers. Experience of negotiating and closing larger fleet transactions will be additionally valued.
• Candidates with direct to corporate asset finance backgrounds who have strong HGV experience may be considered as will candidates with dealer driven LCV backgrounds.

Due to the demanding requirements of the partners to be supported candidates who have used finance to sell HGV’s but have not actually worked in HGV finance itself will not at this juncture be considered.

You will be based on the North West of England and must have good access to Manchester & Liverpool and you must be willing to travel to Northern Ireland once every month to six weeks.
