Base salary range to £50,000 OTE £100,000 +
Our client an established and successful technology lessor whom we have successfully recruited for a number of times across the UK seeks 4 additional Business Development Managers to identify, prospect and win new direct and or vendor introduced business in the IT, telecoms, datacomms, media and office technology sectors.
Your role will be a self managing one of developing and owning customer & vendor relationships that you have prospected and won and developing these into strategically valuable partnerships.
You will be supported by a telesales operation to assist with business development but you will possess a strong new business hunter mentality and be able to be making a contribution to our clients business within a sensible and reasonable time frame.
Key Skills:
- You will be home based so must be self managing, focused and highly self motivated and must have a successful background in the financing of high technology assets.
- Ideal candidates will have a have a network of existing customer and or vendor contacts that they can re-leverage in our clients environment with their range of products and services.
- You must be someone who has both a genuine desire and an actual need to earn a sustained high income and be someone who will value and thrive working in an environment that has a lot of the flexibility of running your own business but with none of the uncertainty & risks associated with this.
Candidates who are currently running their own lease technology centric lease brokerages but who lack sufficient variety of and number of funders and office support to properly capitalise on your contacts are particularly welcome to apply.
Package
Base salary range to £50,000, possibly more for exceptional candidates plus market competitive car allowance and a very attractive commission plan. Expected on target earnings are comfortably over £100,000 per annum and are totally uncapped.
