to £45,000 + up to 100% of base salary bonus potential
Our client a leading bank owned asset financier seeks a Business Development Manager to work with its parent bank’s Relationship Managers & Directors to sell a broad range of asset finance products into both existing and new to bank customers across the whole of Greater London.
You will be focused on customers whose annual financed spend is in excess of £100,000 per and across virtually all asset classes and sectors being tasked to achieved challenging but realistic volume & margin targets.
Our client seeks someone with the gravitas & presence to command the respect & active support of bank colleagues and the ability to work at C level with customers.
Key Skills:
- Ideal candidate will have a bank asset finance background and a record of success in both managing an existing portfolio and of winning new non bank business.
- You should have experience of a wide range of on and off balance sheet asset finance products and should have well developed credit, documentation and structuring skills and genuinely be comfortable & credible operating at board level with customers.
- You will be well organized with good time management skills and have the ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
- You will also possess excellent communication & presentation skills and a high level of IT literacy.
You must live either within Greater London currently or be easily and sustainably commutable to the area.
Package
Base salary range to £45,000 with potential to earn up to 100% of base salary in performance related pay. All usual bank based benefits are provided including a company car.
