Base salary to £60,000 on target earnings £90,000 + car & benefits Our client seeks an additional Sales manager to join its highly successful team developing business across the North of England and Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will manage relationships with existing third party introducers such as brokers as well as sourcing and setting up new introducer relationships with brokers, vendors, other lessors and customers.
- The role will involve initial evaluation of proposals, response to the introducer, meetings with the customer, structuring, arranging valuations, due diligence, financial and credit analysis and the preparation of the credit submission to the board of our client.
- Following approval, the role will involve the negotiation and agreement of the documentation and oversight of the payout process.
Key Skills:
- Our client seeks a highly motivated individual with a minimum five years experience in the UK middle ticket leasing market with extensive experience of working on transaction sizes in excess of £1 million across a wide range of market sectors.
- It is important to have a broad range of structuring skills, legal and documentation experience and knowledge of managed service agreements and assignment arrangements.
- Specialist knowledge of sectors such as renewable energy, waste recycling, technology & telecoms, construction, materials handling, engineering, waste and energy would be an advantage.
- It would be beneficial, but not critical, to have either worked in a brokerage capacity in the past or at least to have existing experience of working within a lessor environment that sources business through third party introducers.
- A very strong understanding of credit is an essential attribute. As a result we are happy to receive applications from those with a credit background who have a desire a move into sales.
- You must be highly self motivated and capable of working from home. You will also be well organised, results orientated, and be prepared to work to tight deadlines.
Package
Base salary to £60,000 possibly slightly more for an exceptional candidate with a 50% of base salary on target earnings bonus with the potential to earn to 75% or more for exceptional performance.
