Base salary range to £60,000, potentially higher to secure the best, on target earnings at least £100,00 with totally uncapped earning potential
Our client seeks a Partner Development Manager to manage c15 strategic relationships with systems integrators and IT resellers you will build on the existing relationships growing engagement with each partner to deliver growth in finance volumes & finance penetration levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Your role will be one working with the partners sales staff and management to position finance strategically within their sales process engendering earlier & more effective use.
- As opportunities are introduced via you, you will pass transactions to colleagues who will negotiate & structure & close business with the customer themselves to achieve volume, return on equity and portfolio management targets.
Key Skills:
- You must have a substantial record of success and experience developing partner driven business in the technology finance sector and possess the ability to network widely both across your partners and internally to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required as is the ability to gain commitment from partners to the earlier and more effective use of finance.
- Whilst this position is not one of structuring and closing transactions you will still be expected to have a good level of technical leasing skills plus a developing understanding of market challenges for resellers and customers of areas like, life cycle management, cloud computing, capacity on demand requirements etc.
Ideally you will be located in the Thames Valley but our client will consider applications from those based as far north as Birmingham who are willing to travel extensively.
Package
