Our client seeks a Senior Account Manager to inherit manage and further develop 24 named enterprise level customer accounts. Your role will be to build deep and wide strategic relationships with influencers & decision across functions of finance, IT, purchasing, tax, treasury as appropriate to enable you to achieve realistic volume, return on equity and portfolio management targets. You will work very closely with our clients sales staff and also tactically with business partners as appropriate to achieve targets.

Key Skills:

• You must have at least 5 years of successful IT finance sales experience and must be consistently achieving targets closing genuinely middle ticket level transactions.

• It is a given that you will have strong technical leasing skills encompassing documentation, deal structuring, pricing and an up to date knowledge of operating leasing plus ideally some experience at least an understanding of areas like managed services, capacity of demand structures etc.
• A strong awareness of some of the challenges CIO’s are facing such as lifecycle management, obsolescence, cloud computing etc will all demonstrate your credibility and knowledge of the high technology sector.
• You will possess gravitas, drive, determination plus some charm & charisma and an ambition to earn a sustained high income and of course you will also have excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills.
• You will also need have the ability to thrive, rather than just survive, in a focused, fast paced and strongly achievement orientated culture.

You will ideally be based in the Thames Valley but our clients are willing to consider those candidates with exceptional skills who are based as far north as Manchester.

Package

Base salary range preferred is to £70,000 possibly slightly higher to attract and secure the very best. On target earnings will be at least £115,000 and with totally uncapped earning potential. Full details of the very attractive commission plan will be disclosed to suitably qualified applicants.
