Our clients seeks to hire an additional telesales Coordinator you will responsible for providing new sales leads and meeting new business targets set by the Regional Sales Manager. You will work in partnership with the area Sales Managers to develop relationships with new and existing prospects and customers.
Although you will be expected to work with little day to day supervision from the Regional Sales Manager, progress and targets will be monitored on a weekly basis.
You will report directly into the Regional Sales Manager and will develop a strong working relationship with the Operations Manager and administration team. For a successful Telesales Coordinator, there will be progression to an external sales role, and training and guidance will be provided to assist with this.
Key Responsibilities:

You will work within an agreed geographical boundary, sales will be generated through cold and warm calling, following up leads generated by marketing, initiating local marketing activity and actively sourcing new business opportunities using information resources available.

You will be accountable for achieving individual sales and telephone call targets which have been agreed with the Regional Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for building a prospect database and maintaining this database.
- Proactively sourcing sales from within the allocated geographical location either by directly prospecting the existing customer base, or by sourcing new customers.
- Self motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets set through cold calling prospects and warm calling - following up on mail shots and marketing material sent.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers via telephone, emails and face to face meetings.
- Responsible for proactively marketing and selling repossessed assets.
- The ability to make accurate quotations and provide customers with recommendations of all products available to them.
- To sell a range of value added products accompanying the finance.
- Ability to calculate and quote settlement figures.

You will be responsible for generating new business and building on existing business.
Key Skills:
- You will be target driven, focused and should have a desire to earn a good income from an office based sales role.
- You must have a have a persuasive telephone manner and be able to articulate the value of finance solutions to customers clearly & have the sales skills to qualify suspects from prospects.
- You will be a team player but be someone who is comfortable taking personal responsibility for achievement of targets, you should have a thick skin that enables you to cope with rejection bounce back & move onto the next call.
- Ideally you will be ambitious to move up to an external role but our clients are comfortable hiring someone who wishes to remain in an office based sales role.
You must be sensibly & sustainably commutable to our clients offices in South West London.
Package
Base salary to £23,000 but with the potential to realistically earn £45,000 per annum from a excellent commission scheme. All usual large company benefits are also provided.
