Our client a fast growing national financier of ICT & green technology assets seeks to hire a credit manager to lead a team of 5 processing credit applications typically for transaction sizes of £100,000 and over.
Key Responsibilities:
- Your role will be to lead the team overviewing credit applications & deciding which of their funding partners are best suited for each application proposing deals to funders & managing deal processing.
- You will be closely involved in relationships with funding partners including reviewing & managing existing terms & also be involved in the further expansion of our clients funding capacity.
- As a member of the management team you will work closely with senior colleagues to make both a strategic & tactical contribution to the expansion of their business.
Key Skills:
- You must have a strong background in credit including cashflow analysis ideally some experience of financing high technology assets would be useful but is not a pre requisite.
- Mentoring, coaching & people leadership skills are important as is the recognition that in this role you will not be making credit decisions yourself but will be packaging deals to funders so a keen awareness of what funders are attracted to what type of deal is crucial.
Base salary range to £50,000 + bonus potential & car allowance, all negotiable to secure the right person.
