Our client is seeking an Account Manager who will focus on acquisition of new 3rd party vendors on lease and/or receivable financing basis. You will be responsible for planning, developing and winning business either directly from end user customers or through developing partnership with 3rd party vendors.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Implement a robust business plan for targeted business segments to secure new business volumes. Focus on developing a profitable new business pipeline with relevant 3rd Party Introducers by understanding their strategic goals and objectives and focusing your activities accordingly. Develop and sustain appropriate level of activity in terms of appointments/calls with 3rd party to ensure company’s profile is maintained and improved. Develop strong working internal relationships and be able to identify and remove any potential business barriers and agree strategies for continuous improvement. Represent and present ideas, business cases, and solutions at internal meetings where sales, risk, commercial are involved, so that suitable consideration is given to each transaction. Pro-actively use the New Business Pipeline measurement tool which tracks and forecasts new business opportunities.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Degree educated. Experience of developing and supporting large vendor relationships. Experience of personally managing large value transactions in the region of €1-3m+ on a regular basis. Advanced technical knowledge of finance and leasing, with sound understanding of Managed Services contracting, receivable purchase, recourse, suitable back to back structures and where to obtain business. A detailed understanding of sales processes, structuring of complex finance transactions, understanding of the methodologies of risk underwriting and financial pricing. Demonstrate leadership qualities when dealing with 3rd party senior management personnel. |
