We are seeking Recruitment Consultants to expand our asset finance and leasing recruitment business across the UK and international regions. You will be joining a market leading, niche recruitment solutions provider offering an established portfolio of blue chip clients, coupled with an extensive database of pan-EMEA finance and leasing professionals.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
You may have external or internal sales / business development experience in one or more of the following areas: leasing, asset finance, banking, capital markets, consumer finance, contract-hire, corporate finance, factoring, invoice discounting, structured finance or motor finance.
You may be a high-calibre recruiter or head-hunter with a proven track record of running a successful financial services desk with a desire to move to a company which recognises high achievers and promises to invest in your career development.
You may be a recent graduate with the ambition to carve a career in recruitment with a dynamic, exciting and growing company.
