Kathleen Goense has achieved much since she was appointed vice president of De Lage Landen (DLL) Factoring in January 2007. Since then she has effectively transformed DLL’s factoring business. In doing so she rebuilt the total Factoring team and the management team, expanded its operations from the Netherlands to include the UK, Germany, Spain, Belgium and Ireland, developed a much closer liaison with parent Rabobank and quadrupled the company’s net profit and new business levels.
