This is a new role within the business as they look to diversify and develop a direct business stream focussing in the South of England, to compliment their broker panel . You will source lending proposals meeting company credit appetite as well as negotiate and close finance opportunities.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Hampshire / Surrey / Berkshire (Remote)

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source lending proposals through multiple channels e.g. internet (including GoogleAds and social media such as LinkedIn) , trade association meetings, local advertising, accountants and cold calling.

• Triage enquiries in order to filter out proposals that most obviously do not fit the lending appetite.

• Prepare proposals for submission to Credit for underwriting.

• Present decisions to customers and address any resulting queries.

• Liaise with New Business function to raise documentation. 

• Present documentation to customers to sign.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Minimum of 2 years leasing experience.

• Proven track record of successful business-to-business sales.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and selling skills.

• Powerful communicator with strong service ethic and customer focus.

• Well-motivated, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic user of processes and systems..

• Full, clean driving licence. 

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
