Global SME finance provider Bibby Financial Services (BFS) has appointed Karl Leitelmayer as its head of business centre for trade finance in the UK.
He joins BFS after 19 years at Lloyds Banking Group, most recently as head of broker channel sales - invoice finance, where he was instrumental in the redesign and launch of Lloyds’ broker offering to the invoice finance market.
Leitelmayer has also led teams within SME and mid markets banking and asset finance for Lloyds Banking Group.
Based in Manchester and Banbury, UK, he will lead a team of 10 trade finance client managers.
