Entering two teams in the AFPA Trust Big Quiz on May 18th at the Royal Overseas League Club in Mayfair, London, SGEF UK will be hoping to win £10,000 for one of their chosen charities: Kingston Foodbank and Shelter.

In these times of economic uncertainty, the need for food assistance has increased and foodbanks are now an essential part of any community. Kingston Foodbank is part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK. Kingston Foodbank has been working tirelessly to support the local community, providing the local community with over 7,000 emergency three-day food supply packages and general advice.

Shelter is a registered charity that campaigns for tenant rights in Great Britain. It gives advice, information and advocacy to people and lobbies government and local authorities for new laws and policies. It works in partnership with Shelter Cymru in Wales and the Housing Rights Service in Northern Ireland.
