​​​​​​​​J3313a - New Leaf Search is working exclusively with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Portfolio Manager Credit Delivery.

  • You will act as an interface between Sales and Credit to identify risk associated with the transaction and validate the proposal information provided in order to optimise deal flow and ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Your remit will be to ensure the business has a good understanding of the customer, market and structure of the deal.
  • The ability to present your findings in a report is a key requirement of the role and requires strong written skills to articulate why the business should consider the deal.
  • This will be achieved by managing the full proposal application process; covering credit and introducer applications, from point of receipt by Sales, through to the payout of the funding request. In addition, you will also perform introducer reviews.
  • You will build relationships with internal stakeholders and work in partnership with Sales and Credit Risk Managers.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a working knowledge of sales or risk functions; someone who is detail oriented and who wants to move into a Credit Risk role.
  • You may currently be working in proposals, risk, sales, funding, sales support or another asset finance function and have a detailed and inquisitive mindset.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
