CHP Consulting has achieved 73rd position in the UK  Sunday Times' 2014 International Track 200, which tracks outstanding international growth in Britain's mid-market private companies.

CHP has become a key exporter of IT and consultancy services to the equipment and consumer finance sector, with nearly 50% average annual growth in international sales between 2010 and 2012.

The annual International Track 200 league table supplement was published in The Sunday Times on July 13, 2014, with title sponsor HSBC.

The league table ranked companies' international sales growth over the latest two years of available accounts, with minimum sales of £25m. The table was based on limited publicly available data of international sales so there are likely to be omissions, but it provides a useful picture of growth in overseas trade by UK private companies.

The 200 companies' international sales grew by an average of 36% a year over two years to a total of £8.5bn. International sales growth ranged from 19% to 364% per annum.

The vast majority of companies sell to mainland Europe (165), making it the most popular overseas market, followed by North America (102). Half the companies focus their sales in one or two continents, although a fifth (38) have key markets in four or more continents. The top countries for international sales are the US (88), Australia (48) and Germany (47).

The top-ranked company is Tandom Metallurgical Group, which recycles and exports metals to Europe, China and India. It had international sales of £21.9m in 2013, up 364% a year compared to £1m in 2011.
